How much will shipping cost?
Australian orders
Awaken Organics offers free standard shipping for orders over $150 within Australia, and free express shipping for orders over $250 within Australia. For all other orders, Customers can choose between standard tracked delivery within Australia for $10 and express tracked shipping to selected areas in Australia for $13.
International orders
Awaken Organics will gladly ship Products overseas. Awaken Organics offers free international economy shipping for orders over $300. For international orders under $300, we charge a flat rate of $30. For international priority mail, we charge a flat rate of $40 for all orders.
Please note that all postage and handling prices set out above are in AUD, unless otherwise stated. Postage and handling costs are exclusive of any duties, customs or taxes that may be payable on your package upon arrival in its country of destination – as such, we recommend you check any import fees you may face before placing an order with Awaken Organics.
When can I expect my Awaken Organics parcel?
The current COVID-19 situation may affect our packing and shipment times.
Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) will be packed and shipped on the same day (with the exception of public holidays and weekends) from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia. Once your parcel is shipped, you will shortly receive an email with tracking details. Estimated delivery times both within Australia and internationally are set out below.
Please note that Awaken Organics parcels will require a signature on delivery, for security and tracking purposes.

Delivery Times within Victoria:
Metro: Up to 2 business days
Country: Up to 5 business days
Delivery Times All Other States:
Metro: 3-6 business days

Express Post
Delivery Times Australia Wide:
Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. This service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside of this network Express Post items will be delivered as fast as possible using existing transport links.
International – FedEx Express
International customers can expect their parcels to arrive within the approximate time frames set out below.
FedEx International Economy – typically:
- 2-4 business days for Asia
- 3 business days for the U.S.
- 3-4 business days for Europe
FedEx International Priority – typically:
- 1-3 business days worldwide
